Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across Canada.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

To request a return, contact support@rjpwholesale.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. A restocking fee applies unless the item is damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages or wrong items immediately.

Non-returnable items: custom orders, personal care goods, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
