  • Electronics: RJP Wholesale will accept returns within 90 days (from the date the member received the merchandise) for Televisions, Projectors, Major Appliances (refrigerators above 10 cu. ft., freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers), Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart Watches, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular Phones (return details will vary by carrier service contract).
  • RJP Wholesale  Concierge Services representatives are available to assist with technical support and warranty information for many of the products above. You’ll find a list of eligible items please Contact support@rjpwholesale.com
  • Products with a limited useful life expectancy, such as tires and batteries, may be sold with a product-specific limited warranty.
  • Special Order Kiosk and Custom Installed Programs: Custom product(s) manufactured to our member’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications.

How to Return an Item?

 UPS /Courier Delivery Standard delivery provides a door* delivery. This service does not include set up, assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. 1. Once the items ships, you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s Website for more information on your delivery. 2. Your Courier delivery cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. Courier Standard deliveries are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. Delivery hours may be extended during peak holiday times. 3. If Courier attempts to deliver an order and there is no one home, the driver may do a Driver Release and leave the shipment for you unless a signature is required. It is up to the discretion of the driver to leave it at the door or not. If the driver does not leave the order, then they will leave an Info Notice. 4. Courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If they are unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to the shipper. 5. Multiple box or volume purchases may not deliver on the same day. Please verify tracking information for individual box delivery status. * Door delivery with the exception of some very remote communities where the package may be held for pick up
